What we collect
TeckDx only holds the information you choose to share, symptoms, timeline, diagnoses, specialists, tests, goals, and your own narrative. In this preview, that information is stored privately for you and used only to organize your journey.
Service providers we use
TeckDx relies on a small number of trusted service providers to operate:
- Supabase securely stores your account and journey information.
- Trusted AI partners generate your personalized Journey Report. We do not send your name, email address, or account information to this service, only the health narrative and details you choose to enter, such as symptoms, timeline, diagnoses, tests, specialists, and goals.
- Resend delivers email notifications when you contact us through our contact form.
None of these providers are permitted to sell your information, and we do not share your information with them for advertising purposes.
How we use information
Your information is used solely to organize your personal journey and let you return to it later. We never sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers.
Looking ahead
As TeckDx grows toward a broader learning healthcare ecosystem, any opportunity to contribute anonymized insights to help future journeys will be entirely opt-in, with clear explanations and strong privacy protections. You'll always retain the right to export and delete your data.
